Elaine practices family law exclusively and focuses on the non-adversarial resolution of family law issues. She is a collaborative lawyer, family mediator, parenting coordinator and family law arbitrator. Although she has experience in all areas of family law, including conducting trials in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts, she has chosen to restrict her practice to resolving family law matters with as little Court intervention as possible.
